Your login username is disabled. Contact customer service for more info.

lol.

When I attempt to login, I receive a pop-up that includes the above message (when I click Login and Play Now, before I even get the chance to choose the server), has anyone else experienced this? ...I'm assuming I've been banned permanently.

I've only been hit with a 3-day holiday once...

...and just to let you guys know, I was a money player, have spent over $750 on this account since the 1st of Nov. I guess they made up my mind to quit for me, we'll see how the charge-backs go...

The people at Evony are stupid. My account was closed last night by them and I contacted paypal earlier. Do they actually not realize that they banned my account and I am attempting to get my money back? They are going to get a lot of these and I hope they realize it.

Ok how do you go about getting an a charge back using paypal? I guess I need to know just incase I get banned.

Yep I'm on ss3 and all most my whole alliance got banned.. I have been put on vacation 2 time before..

I just don't understand these guys. It would be handier to just communicate this first and then go for action.
